Apartment no. 5 (close to Apartment no. 6) is economical, cheaper in terms of costs and is it located near the Student Campus, in central area, very close to the center (500-700 m), no more than 7 minute walk. It is located in a 4-storey building without elevator, on the 1st floor. Apartment no. 5 is recommended, as a short time rental apartment, for 1-2 couples (maximum 3 couples) or even for 1-2 families or a group of friends as it is spacious and it has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and a sofa bed (2 x 2 m), therefore 7-8 accommodation places.  On request, apartment no. 5 can be rented to a single person, (s)he will be given the exclusive right to use the entire apartment and it will not be rent to other persons simultaneously.

In terms of quality / price ratio nothing can be more suitable for a short term rental apartment for a group of tourists in Timisoara. The apartment is nice and modern, well positioned as accommodation and properly equipped with everything you need for your business trip or for your holiday:

● free high speed wifi and 3 TVs, one for each bedroom;
● dark colored blinds and air conditioning due to which you can rest
during the day either after a week at work, or on vacation after a shopping day or after a night spent in the clubs in Timisoara;
● a full equipped kitchen, where you can cook lunch, breakfast and dinner;
● mattress, sofa bed (2 x 2 m), new, high quality linens and towels;
● daily cleaning on request;
● maximum security: the metal door at the main entrance with key that can not be copied.

From this short term rental apartment in the central university area you can cross the Park of Roses, on foot, and you can get to the historical centre (the old town) with its 2 large main squares: Union Square or "Little Vienna " and Victoria Square (Opera Square). Here you can enjoy a good play at the Romanian Opera or you can visit the Metropolitan Cathedral and the famous Banat Museum, two sights that you must not miss while you stay in Timisoara.

In front of apartment no. 5 there is a taxi station (24/7) and 3 stations for trams and buses (5:30 -00.30) not far away from it (2 minutes on foot) to all the major points in the city.  For a good movie at Cinema City or for one shopping day at Iulius Mall and Auchan shopping center you can take a walk, it doesn’t take more than 15 minutes or you can go by taxi (only 1.5 €) as the taxi is not a luxury in our city, even the students use it (+4 0256/940).

Everything is handy near this short term rental apartment, you just have to cross the street: dental clinic, shops for newspapers and magazines, exchange, banks, pharmacy, "Prospero" shop (cafeteria + cake + pastry), shops, a lot of bars (the famous Café Dali is opposite the building) where you can enjoy a good coffee and first class restaurants. A few steps away from this accommodation you can enjoy great meals for cheaper prices, only 5-7 €, late at night,  23:00 - 00:30:

● The greatest Italian restaurants “Pomo d'oro'' and ''Da Toni'' where the hearth pizza in wood stove (6 € - 750 g) or pasta (6 € - 250 g) are prepared with ingredients brought from Italy. Fresh fish is brought here from Venice every week;
● The Romanian restaurants Camelot (medieval style), Students Tavern and The Brewers Court (the Beer Factory, 500 m away) are the most popular restaurants in town in terms of quality / price ratio and traditional Romanian food;
● A very important tip for apartment no. 5: the restaurants Camelot, the Students Tavern and ''Da Toni'' are just 100-200 m away from it;
● Mac Donald's restaurant (drive) (24/7) is only 600 m away from apartment no. 5. 

You can have cheaper meals, right behind the apartment building, in the campus area, where the fast food restaurants for students are opened all night long: you can have a hamburger, an Arabic shawarma or a kebab for only 2 €. It is hard to find them in other places.

    This short term rental apartment is much appreciated when it comes to having fun, because 100 m away from it there are the discos Porky’s and Happy opened every evening, even during the week. The Thermal Swimming Pool (central) and top discos such as Le Sinema, Fratelli, Madness and the Manele Club “ZHH” are only 250 m away from apartment no. 5, on the Bega river banks. The outdoor trendy clubs River Deck and Le Sinema summer are only 300-500m away from this accommodation. The trendiest bars: Fashion (near le Sinema), Cafe de Paris and Jazissimo (near Zambara club, in the Turkish Bastion) are also very close, just to take a walk towards the city centre where you can also find the clubs Moly Malone and Scottish near the Union Square or The Note club near the Cathedral. At 600-700 m away, near the stadium, there are 2 famous discos, around the campus area: the Heaven Studio club and the No Name Club, with their very popular pools and outdoor clubs. In winter you can enjoy two new spa centres with modern pools and sauna (Termalum and Do Style).

    The only live casino within a radius of 500 km around Timisoara, the modern Metropolis Casino, opened recently, is located only a few minutes away from apartment no. 5. For further details about the nightlife in the Students’ Campus, please see the points of interest on the map!

    Important cultural, sports or business events: great fairs, beer and wine festivals, football matches, concerts, etc. take place near this short term rental apartment, as 300-400m away there are the famous "Dan Paltinisan " stadium, the "Regional Business Center " (CRAFT) and the " Olimpia " gym, where you can work out, if you want, as it has equipment for strength and fitness.

    There are more parks around this apartment no. 5: the Children’s Park, the Park of Roses and the Bihor Park, all recently rearranged. Those who come with their family will spend great afternoons with their children. Take my word for it.
